Return Policy

We accept returns for most new, unused, and in-box merchandise purchased from our discount camping gear store. In order to return or exchange a purchase, please contact our customer service department directly to receive a return authorization number and shipping information.

All returns must be made within 30 days. Items that are returned after this time period will be charged a 5% restocking fee, so please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to return or exchange any discount camping gear. When returning or exchanging unwanted items, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

All returns should include:

• The original box and packaging
• A copy of the original packing slip sent with the item
• The return authorization number displayed on the outside of the package
• Prepaid return shipping via a traceable method including UPS, FedEx, or the USPS

Shipping Policy

In an effort to keep our discount camping gear prices low, we are only able to offer shipping to valid U.S. postal addresses. We are unable to ship products to PO boxes or internationally including to Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, APOs, and FPOs. This policy applies to any order that includes an international shipping or billing address.

All of our discount camping gear will be shipped via a trusted shipping company including UPS, FedEx, or the United States Postal Service. You will be able to select your preferred shipping method at the time of checkout. If you would like to track your shipment, please select UPS as your shipping carrier and you will receive tracking information when the order is shipped.

The shipping prices for our discount camping gear are calculated based on package size and weight as well as distance shipped. You will receive a customized shipping cost for your purchase prior to the completion of your order. Most in stock items will ship from our warehouse on the next business day following the date when the order was placed.
