What is the Shipping Policy for your camping gear and equipment?
All of the discount camping gear and equipment purchased from our online store will be shipped from one of our warehouses within 2-5 business days.
Orders will be shipped via a trusted shipping company including FedEx, UPS, or the United States Postal Service. The shipping costs for each order vary based on product weight and size. At the time that your order is placed, you will be provided with an exact shipping cost for your order.
Can my order ship to a P.O. Box or foreign address?
We are currently only able to ship orders of our discount camping gear and equipment to valid U.S. street addresses. We are unable to ship orders to a P.O. Box or foreign address including to Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, APOs, and FPOs.
Can I track my camping gear and equipment order as it ships?
Yes, any order placed from our online camping gear and equipment store can be tracked during shipment if the shipping carrier that is selected during checkout is UPS. When your order is shipped, you will receive email confirmation containing the package tracking information.
What is your Return Policy for camping gear and equipment?
We accept returns or exchanges for any new in box items purchased from our online store. Any camping gear or equipment returns should be made within 30 days. All returns must include the original packing slip, original packaging, and a customized return authorization number.
